Download the app on your phone ( Orange Flex Android Google Play / Orange Flex Apple AppStore) and follow a simple guide. The app will ask for a promo code JAKUBZJDD, which will give you 30 PLN! You can spend it on services within Orange Flex or withdraw it to your bank account for free as a transfer.
Orange Flex is your mobile plan in an app, with no commitments. Transfer your number through the app without leaving home. Regardless of the Plan you choose, you always get unlimited SMS, MMS and minutes to all networks, Social Pass, and a data package.
With Orange Flex, calls, SMS, and MMS are unlimited in Poland and within EU roaming.

In all the above plans, Orange Flex does not count data usage for certain apps – use services like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Pinterest, Twitter, newonce, ParrotOne, and Telegram freely. If you’re making calls via Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber, it won’t use any data from your Plan either.

You can order a card by courier to your home for free or pick it up for free at an Orange store or one of 2,000 partner points (then the fee is PLN 3 - e.g. Ruch, Inmedio, Relay, 1-Minute, or Komputronik). - How to send GB to someone?
In Orange Flex, you can transfer gigabytes that you have in your plan (you cannot use promotional ones), just click "Transfer GB" in the main application window and provide a phone number that is in the Orange Flex network. - How to cancel Orange Flex?
Go to the "My Plan" tab and select "End Plan". The subscription will be deactivated on the last day of its validity. Remember that you can reactivate your Plan 6 months after the Plan ends. - Will I be charged an additional fee for cancelling my Plan?
No, there is no additional fee for ending your Plan. - How can I change my Plan to a higher or lower one?
Visit the Flex app and go to the SIM Cards tab on the main screen. Click on your number and go to your Plan. Now you can change to the Plan you need at the moment. - How can I order an additional SIM card?
Go to My Profile, then to the SIM Cards category and add an additional card. You can decide whether you want to pick it up at the store or wait for it to be delivered by courier. Also, choose the purpose of your additional card - calling, texting and surfing or just the Internet. - Can I delete my Flex account?
Yes. Remember to withdraw your Premium funds, Flex funds and disable all active services beforehand.
